Can I choose my delivery timing?

At the moment we have three delivery timings available (morning/afternoon/evening slot) that are without fixed timings to account for unexpected circumstances including delays due to traffic.

I don’t have the address of the person I’m sending the gift to. Can you get their contact details?

Yes, kindly provide us with their name and phone number and we will contact them. We don’t disclose who the gift is from or what it is until the item is delivered unless you request for the sender to be anonymous.

Can I get an order below BD 15 to be delivered?

No. We only have delivery option for orders above BD 15.

I have a customized order which isn’t available on your website. How can I place an order?

Please visit our shop located in Riffa and a member of our team will assist you with your customized order.

How can I cancel my order?

Should you need to cancel an order, please call us (17777222) or email us ([email protected]) and provide us notice 48 hours in advance (2 full days). Payment will be kept as credit subject to deduction of key items including customised acrylic or flowers. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will result in 50% credit voucher.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

At the moment, payment options are only via credit card or BenefitPay. If you wish to pay by cash you may visit our shop in Riffa.

Can I customize my cake flavor for my design cake?

We have a list of cake flavors that you can choose from.

Can I change an item in the set box orders?

The box items have a fixed set of items that cannot be modified or exchanged for other products.
